For trust and transparency, each item is third party lab tested and certified for its purity and potency. Products that are gluten-free, non-gmo, vegan and USDA organic are appropriately labeled with the respective badge. Additionally, we proudly strive to continue positively serving local community with expansion in our recycling initiative. Doc encourages everyone to be a healthier, more productive version of themselves, for themself and others. "Where are your products manufactured?"
Our products are fully manufactured in the US and distributed directly from our US based partner laboratories and warehouses. Our facilities are FDA registered and GMP certified, and so the quality of our product is premium!
"Where will my order ship from?"
All U.S. orders are currently shipping from our primary fulfillment center in Georgia. International orders may dispatch from another U.S. distribution facility.
"Are your products available at a local store?"
In select markets, yes. However, stock level may vary. For quality assurance, speedy service, support and supply, order directly from Doc.
"Are your products FDA approved or certified?"
No, as “dietary supplements” are never approved or certified by the FDA, and so there is no manufacturer in the United States that can make this claim.
"Can you provide COAs (Certificate of Analysis) of your products?"
Yes! We can provide these COAs upon request. *Note: If a company cannot produce COAs, we strongly encourage you to select a new supplier before consuming their goods!
"What is your return policy?"
If you receive a product in bad shape from our warehouse (broken bottle, broken lid, broken capsules, or expired product) we will ship a new bottle(s) and we will cover all costs. For additional shipping and return information click here.
